  1. You have the long exposure down and you understand well how motion-blur can dramatize a scene. Now you need to find an establishing shot. Create a seamless composition that works without the motion-blur, and add the movement later. Here, the initial shot is not a strong as the movement. Every element within the frame must contribute to the photograph. Watch the frame edge. When I look through your out-takes, I am interested in shot 2792 & 2794. Good experimentation. Now just push it further.
